There are three critical outcomes you need to create in the first few minutes of a meeting with a decision-maker or a buyer.

Without these outcomes, you make it less likely you move forward or more likely to be ghosted by what might have been your sales champion.

What are these three major outcomes that greatly improve your ability to gain a second meeting and momentum?

  1. Creating Value in the first two minutes of your sales call, and
  2. Establishing yourself as an expert and authority.
  3. Acquiring a second meeting

A smart executive briefing will differentiate you from your competitors. It will also position you as the value proposition, preventing you from positioning your company and your solution, neither of which creates a preference to buy from you.

Also, by building an executive briefing you start by answering “why change” when every other salesperson starts with “why us”—an approach that buyers now reject.

In this two-hour Execution Lab, we will help you build your Executive Briefing. You will have a pre-work assignment you will need to complete before joining this event. You will need to spend 45 minutes on a simple assignment.

You will receive a template and strategies to build and use your ExBrief. You will also be provided talk tracks for opening the first meeting and pivoting to your second meeting.

Because this is an Execution Lab, you will begin building your ExBrief while we can answer your questions. This is a workshop that gives us time to provide you with our insights about this process.

You will also leave with a workbook, so you need not worry about taking notes and lifetime access to the session recording.
